This role entails:
attendance at monthly board meetings and AGM
taking minutes at the meeting and writing these up
working with the Chair to agree draft minutes are ready for circulation within a timely manner after the meeting for distribution to Board and staff
distributing all Board papers one week before board meetings
arranging and booking of venue and car parks and facilitating refreshments as required for board meetings
You will
have good communication skills
have ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
have an eye for attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
The time commitment for this role is attendance at board meetings (preferred, although recording via Teams can be an option) together with an additional approximately two hours per month writing up and distributing minutes and board papers.
