Are you a karate enthusiast? We have a young male who has been going to Seido karate for all of 2021 with a special group for people with disabilities and he is really enjoying it. He is ready to go to a mainstream class but would need someone to support him in the class and transport him there and back. Looking for someone with karate understanding, a good people person, encouraging and able to support people in new skills.

Hōhepa Canterbury is a disability support and service provider offering diverse living options, learning & activity programmes, community participation, and therapies – all inspired by anthroposophy.

Requirements:

Vaccinated
Full drivers licence
3 months commitment

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

3h per week on Monday evenings
