Hōhepa Canterbury is a disability support and service provider offering diverse living options, learning & activity programmes, community participation, and therapies – all inspired by anthroposophy.
The Tuesday Adventure Hiking group is part of our Leap programme (Learning Exploring Activating Potential) and is a group of enthusiastic and reasonably fit walkers. Some are faster than others, so we need a volunteer to help keep the group together and to provide more support to the walkers. The walking group sometimes go up into the hills and on some good adventures. We are looking for someone with great people skills that also loves to get outdoors.
Over 16 years old
Good communication Skills
Good level of fitness
2.5h per week, 3 month minimum commitment time
