We are looking for 2 more volunteers to add to our team , ideally living in the Selwyn area, to provide information and advice to the residents of Selwyn from the new Rolleston Library . This is a new venture for Citizens advice and would initially be a trial starting Feb 23 but we hope that once up and running it would be ongoing - once per week during term time . We will provide full training starting March 2023 .

Requirements:

Good communicator, team player, good IT skills , able to problem solve , passion for helping people and the community

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Initial time commitment for training - 3-6 hours per week ( full training schedule provided on application)
Volunteering time commitment for clinic - 3 hours per week during term time ( this may change )
