Our "Community" includes our Members, hirers and general public associated with the Halswell area. There is some outreach to the local business community and good interpersonal skills are a benefit.
You will be familiar with the Halswell Community, be a confident 'networker' and have excellent attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
Treasurer will assist with reconciliation of monies to protect the integrity of the financial transactions.
Accuracy is required in completing the order forms and checking the orders when they arrive. A small team will assist with collating orders (such as our Winter Marlow's Pies).
Flexible but there will be a need to plan around promotion, distribution and collection of orders and receipt of payments as well as processing and distribution of the completed orders.
