Volunteer Note-Taker for Quarterly Trust Meetings

Cantabrainers Therapeutic Choir Charitable Trust is a busy organisation working to improve the lives of those in Canterbury with neurological conditions, through participation in a therapeutic choir. Our board, therapists, choir reps, and Manager meet once every three months via Zoom and are seeking a tech-savvy note-taker to join our hui (meetings) and help us keep records with awesome notes that capture the big picture of what we are talking about without going into too much detail.

During the meeting you will:
Tune in to the meeting via Zoom
Listen in and type notes into a template document on Google Drive
Take clear and concise notes of key discussion items, actions or decisions.

After the meeting you will:
Review your notes and proof for anything else that needs adding.
Liaise with our General Manager for notes, changes, or clarifications.

In the future we may return to in-person meetings at some point, but for 2022 all meetings are being held online.

You will receive full onboarding and training for the role with our General Manager, and be a valued part of our amazing volunteer team.

Requirements:

Computer and with a stable internet connection.

Time commitment:

We meet once every three months in the evening on a Thursday for approximately 2 hours from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
