Mahi Arohanui o Tamariki Aotearoa (MAOTA) Charitable trust
Is a new charity that supports primary to intermediate schools in children education, for low-income families who don't know who else to turn to when they used all other resorts available to them, we offer support and services to help their Tamariki in their education.
The sectary role
is basically able to take minutes(notes) during meeting, then write the minutes up, once they have been reviewed by the Chairman and signed off you send them to the other board members. You will also make arrangement to make sure the agenda for meeting is set and prepared and sent to board members. You maybe be asked to sit in other meeting that is taken place when required.

Know how to take notes for a meeting.
To be available every second Saturday for 1 -1.5 hours
available for at least 2 hours a week.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
1- 1.5 hours fortnightly meetings
2 hours a week when needed to help with other volunteers' roles when needed.
