St Albans Residents Association (SARA) Inc plays a part in the development of St Albans as a vibrant and healthy community through the involvement and empowerment of its residents. The organisation actively promotes and maintains the interests of the full diversity of the residents of St Albans. , SARA was incorporated in 1998 and is a registered charity. It is governed by a volunteer management committee and our projects have local volunteer project managers.
