Volunteer Role: Library & Trophy Records Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented volunteer to help us manage our club’s small library and trophy records.

Responsibilities:

Library Management:

Oversee a small club library open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM (closed on holiday weekends).

Use TinyCat (an easy-to-use online system) to check books in and out.

Keep the collection organized and welcoming for visitors.

Trophy Records:

Record and maintain a list of trophy winners to share with members (including those abroad) and their families.

Help ensure our club history and achievements are well documented.

Qualities We’re Looking For:

Enjoys organizing and keeping records

Comfortable with simple computer systems

Friendly and welcoming to members and guests

Requirements:

No Specific requirements other than the ability to learn the tinycat system. Your own device is beneficial, however we have an iPad that can be borrowed

Time commitment:

4 hours a week
