Bromley Community Centre Volunteer Opportunity: Seniors Morning Support
Bromley Community Centre is a vibrant hub at the heart of our community, dedicated to offering free or low-cost groups, workshops, and events for local residents.
We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with our Seniors Morning sessions, which aim to provide companionship and support to older adults. Volunteers will engage in conversations, prepare hot drinks, and offer assistance as needed. Many seniors experience loneliness, and your involvement can make a meaningful difference by providing much-needed care and connection.
Our Seniors Morning will be drop-in-based, creating a welcoming space for socialising and sharing information. These sessions will take place bi-weekly, on the first and third Friday mornings of each month, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. We also hope to host occasional information events.
