As a volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive, and providing them with the relevant information. You will also be responsible for updating our social media. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with
people and creating a positive atmosphere. We aim to provide information for individuals from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, ethnicities, and walks of life that come to the Centre, foster connections, and cultivate mutual understanding.

  1. Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  3. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  4. Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to the volunteer schedule.
  5. Prior experience in customer service or event assistance is a plus but not required.
Time commitment:

2 or 3 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM.
