You will be part of a team of volunteers who will be adding a level of support to our member organisations. Our office is based in the centre of the city and our 'neighbours' are all community organisations. This is an environment that supports impact-led organisations to make a difference.
You will record details on a checklist sheet which will later be inputted by our volunteer team lead into our database. Your notes need to be neat and accurate as part of the purpose of this role is ensuring we have the correct and up to date contact information for our members!
Warm, friendly and confident phone manner; clear pronunciation; reliable and able to commit; availability, 2-3 hours per week or fortnight.
We are flexible as to when you come into our office for this role!
