Due to an increase in clients taking advantage of our foot clinic we have decided to run the clinics every three weeks, therefore we are needing to have a second team of volunteers to help.
The role would include: Setting up the venue for the foot clinics, greeting clients when they arrive, preparing the foot spas and settling clients into the spas, offering tea/coffee, chatting with clients while they soak their feet, emptying and sterilizing the foot spas then refilling them for the next client. After the clinic has finished cleaning up and resetting lounge.
If anyone has massage skills that would be helpful as we do offer a foot massages to clients, if they would like one.
You need to be a person who likes being with others, can be friendly to people from all walks of life you haven't met before, and be a good listener in conversations.
We provide foot clinics at St Faiths and St Andrew's every 3rd week, and it's our most popular event! Volunteers need to be available 8.30 am - 1.00pm.
