Nazareth Care is a not-for-profit organisation that provides compassionate aged care, embracing each person with dignity, love and respect in a warm community that feels like home. Volunteers give their time to enrich the lives of residents through companionship, lifestyle and well-being activities and pastoral care.
At Nazareth Care, volunteers are an integral part of our community, generously giving their time to enrich the lives of our residents. We value each volunteer’s unique strengths and passions, and we tailor roles to ensure they make a meaningful and rewarding contribution. Volunteering with us is about connection, compassion, and making a real difference.
This role is all about helping keep our gardens vibrant and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors. From weeding, mulching, and mowing to pruning hedges and sweeping pathways, you’ll be part of creating a space where people can relax and enjoy nature. You’ll also have the chance to chat with residents who love spending time outside—it’s a great way to connect across generations. Whether you’re a student looking for volunteer hours, someone wanting practical gardening experience, or just keen to give back, this role offers a rewarding way to make a difference.
