We’re looking for someone who can assist our clinical team with the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role involves helping with client file management, appointment coordination, and general administrative support for our clinicians. You’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our mental health services moving efficiently.
You don’t need to be a clinician — just someone organised, empathetic, and comfortable handling sensitive information with care. A background in admin, customer service, or mental health support is a bonus, but not essential.
Time commitment: Flexible, ideally a few hours per week depending on your availability.
Impact: Your support helps our clinical staff spend more time with clients and less time buried in admin. It’s a great opportunity to learn how a mental health service operates while making a direct difference in people’s access to care.
Must have a minimum of a bachelors in any health or education related fields
