Financial Assistant

Organisation:
A Change for Better - The ACFB Fund
Location:
Home Based
Category:
Health & Medical
Hours:
Both/Flexible

We’re looking for a detail-oriented person to help keep our financial records tidy and up to date. This role involves daily reconciliation of transactions in Xero — matching incoming payments, expenses, and transfers so everything balances accurately.

You’ll be working closely with our small admin team to ensure our accounts reflect real-time activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, order, and the quiet satisfaction of a balanced ledger. Experience with Xero or basic bookkeeping is helpful, but we’re happy to provide training if you’re keen to learn.

Time commitment: A few minutes each day or a short block of time a few times per week — whatever fits your schedule.

Impact: Your work helps keep our operations running smoothly and ensures we can focus on delivering mental health support where it’s needed most.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Xero and an ability to commit long term.

Time commitment:

Daily for up to an hour a day - Monday - Friday

Long term commitment preferred

Getting started:
The first step is to express your interest by filling out the form below. We will then put you in touch directly with the organisation for more information on the role and how to proceed.
