Trustees meet one evening per month. They also open the building to the public on Sundays via a roster system (once every 6 weeks) from September though to April. Training will be given regarding the chapel's history. The building is located on Colombo Street near Bealey Avenue and has parking available. All trustees are expected to abide by the trust document guidelines and code of conduct which provides a safe and inclusive environment. If you are interested in playing a tangible role in keeping Christchurch's heritage alive for future generations and working with an organisation which has a strong collaborative dynamic then this role is perfect for you. High proficiency in English. A good standard of general health. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills. A passion for history both art and social. The ability to work collaboratively. A good timekeeper. A 'doer' who will commit to the mahi. Someone comfortable dealing with the general public.
One Monday night per month 5.15-7.00 p.m.
Sunday 2-4 pm throughout the Sept-April period (approximately one Sunday per every six weeks)
