Support our high school students to create a community of care. The student leaders act as a positive connection for young people in their school. They are trained in peer support and mental health first aid skills. Support the students to run a chill-out zone. Facilitate check-in sessions where the group leaders share about how how they are going. Support the student leaders to run a random acts of kindness day. Confident and outgoing as you will lead a group of young people. Able to attend Wednesday mornings fortnightly from February until September.
30 minutes fortnightly on Wednesday or Thursday mornings from February until September 2026 Attend day training Monday 2 February, and either Tuesday 10 or Wednesday 11th. Attend Awards evening September 21 or 22 (this is when the programme finishes) Attend induction session.
