We're looking for a dedicated volunteer who enjoys working with people and digital technology, and who has the skills to assist individuals in writing CVs (a document summarising work experience, skills, and education) and cover letters, as well as applying for jobs online. This role requires someone who can listen carefully, both to understand the client's needs and to ensure their personal voice and story shine through in their CVs, cover letters, and applications.

As an organisation focused on Digital Inclusion (making sure everyone has access to and can use digital technology), we are passionate about empowering people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate technology in their daily lives.
We warmly welcome applications from all backgrounds, including Māori, Pasifika, people of all gender identities, ethnicities, abilities, and ages. At TechMate, we believe in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone is supported and valued. No matter your experience level, if you have a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
