We are a small registered charity that has been in existence since 2019.
We are looking for new experienced board members to join our team.
What amazing skills can you bring to our fun team, that creates smiles ok the faces of victims of trauma?
As our team is small it is important that the board members have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of people who have trauma, as these are our clients.
Our management team also consists of members who have chronic health issues so empathy and kindness are important attributes the board members must have. We all help one another when a member is going through a tough time.
This past year has seen us grow a lot in regards to creating more of a corporate image, new professional looking premises, and we need a board that will allow us to grow as well.
We are an essential service when lockdowns occur, and we have responded to a number of large scale natural disasters this year very quickly.
Please tell us in your application the skill set you can bring to us and why you are applying for the role.
We look forward to receiving your application.
We have a board meeting once a month which normally lasts for around 1.5 hours and we are flexible as to the days these are.
We can do these by zoom if a board member cannot attend.
The first step is to express your interest by filling out the form below. We will then put you in touch directly with the organisation for more information on the role and how to proceed.
