Work with the Manager and Chair to prepare the Agenda
Circulate the Agenda
Attend the monthly Board meeting and take the minutes
Write up the minutes and get sign off from the Chair
Circulate the minutes to the Board and supporting Management team
In addition provide similar secretarial support to the Finance and Risk committee
The ability to use Micro soft Office
Competent word processing skills
A good command of English
A good team member
8-10 hours a month
