You will be invited to complete our online Volunteer Application form and then will be contacted to proceed with our intake procedure. You will be confident around dogs (especially larger ones) and physically fit and energetic. This role is primarily behind-the-scenes assisting our staff and other volunteers to cater for our dogs needs and keeping the facility tidy and clean. This Centre is a place where staff and volunteers work with respect and appreciation, leaving assumptions about rescue dogs at the gate!
Self-motivated team player, not afraid of rolling their sleeves up and mucking in.
Weekday afternoon shifts 1.00pm - 5.00pm once a week/fortnight, minimum 6-month commitment.
