Do you have 2-3 hours available once a fortnight?
We have volunteer roles available where you would help the co-ordinator, with others, at an Anglican Elder Care group which meets at St Barnabas, Fendalton
Training will be given. The weekly program offers friendship, fun, help and support for people in the community over 65 yrs.
An afternoon tea is provided. The guests who come along say they enjoy the great welcome, the companionship, the gentle exercises, the fun activities and discussions. They always look forward to the group.

3 General Health and Wellbeing
You need to be physically able to serve the afternoon tea, chat with the guests, play some board or card games and help out the guests with the quizzes and games.
2-3 hours once a fortnight or monthly is also an option.
