Our charity is on the hunt for an event coordinator for our yearly fundraising events such as our annual Quiz Night.
We are very open to any and all fundraising events, so the role has scope to be creative!
Event management will include booking venues, hiring equipment, gaining sponsorship and items to raffle, and marketing.
This role is homebased, but will require the coordinator to be at the event to see it come to fruition.
The role will be supported by the Christchurch CanInspire Coordinator, and members of our fundraising team.
The CanInspire Charitable Trust supports people experiencing illness, trauma or loss by providing art therapy classes in the way of jewellery making.
We require a fun, energetic, creative and enthusiastic person to join the team and help us reach our yearly fundraising goal.
Whether it is one big event per year or a series of mini events, the time commitment is very flexible, as are the type of events run.
