Minute Secretary for our Executive

The CWC Executive meets once a month, normally early evening for about two hours (- often 1.5 hours).
You would take minutes, follow-up queries and possibly write some emails. You would produce an agenda for upcoming meetings with the support of the Treasurer and President.
You would be working with women from a wide range of backgrounds. The meetings discuss a wide range of issues/ concerns related to Women who live in Canterbury, A/NZ.

Requirements:

We are looking forward to having someone join us who is:

  • interested in being involved with a group of Canterbury women of various ages and interests
  • has some previous knowledge of how records of meetings are produced and filed
  • good computer skills
Time commitment:

Executive Meetings once per month for up to 2 hours (10 meetings each year)
Time before and after meetings is about 2 hours per month.
