Minute Secretary for our Executive

The CWC Executive meets once a month, normally early evening for about two hours (- often 1.5 hours).
We are an 115 year old organisation for women and about to move into an exciting new chapter in our history. Your involvement as our minute secretary will be important as you would take minutes and produce an agenda for upcoming meetings with the support of the Treasurer and President.
You would be working with women from a wide range of backgrounds. The meetings discuss a wide range of issues/ concerns related to Women who live in Canterbury, A/NZ.

Requirements:

We are looking forward to having someone join us who is:

  • interested in being involved with a group of Canterbury women of various ages and interests
  • has some previous knowledge of how records of meetings are produced and filed
  • good computer skills
Time commitment:

Executive Meetings once per month for up to 2 hours (10 meetings each year)
Time before and after meetings is about 2 hours per month.
