TechMate is a volunteer powered charity dedicated to closing the digital divide.
We support people across Waitaha with free digital skills coaching, tech support, access to repurposed laptops through Recycle a Device, and internet through the Skinny Jump programme.
Our volunteers help everyone, from seniors to job seekers, to connect and thrive in the digital world. We are open to all, fostering a stronger, more connected community.
As a digital coach you will be helping to support members of the public navigate this increasingly digital world through one-on-one learning and support sessions.
You do not need to be a technical whizz but use devices in your everyday life and be prepared to share your knowledge with others.
