Help with serving meals.
Maintain the kitchen, including dishes and sterilizer
Ensure the lounge and whanau areas are clean, tidy and welcoming
There is no hands-on care of patients
Orientation and ongoing training is provided

Requirements:

Patience, compassion, and an understanding of end-of-life care
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Available across several days for on call shifts.
All Nurse Maude staff and volunteers are required to provide evidence they have a minimum of three Covid vaccinations
Shifts available: Every Monday morning 10am - 1pm. Wednesday evening (alternative weeks) 4.30pm - 6.30pm. Friday afternoon (alternative weeks) 12pm - 2pm. Friday evening (alternative weeks) 4.30pm - 6.30pm. Saturday morning (alternative weeks) 10am - 1pm

A Police background check is required for this role.

2 to 3 hours.
