Volunteer Opportunities

Walking along side our RDA therapy riders to assist them with balance and achievement of their goals, under guidance from the Coach of the day.

Support young people by text, phone and web-chat.

Entertain elderly residents by playing tunes from the 1940's, 50's, and 60's.

Accompany residents for walks around the gardens or out and about in adjacent areas.

Support our residents in a variety of tasks.

To work with assistants to maintain the many interesting features of the tramway's heritage electrical operations

Pick up printed newsletter and arrange distribution at the beginning of each month, including any folding.

Help out in a retail setting at this Linwood OpShop.

A person with bike maintenance skills is required on an on-call basis to provide practical support and advice for the residents of Linwood.

Join a work party to maintain tracks and plant trees in reserves on the Port Hills - opportunities every Tuesday or twice a month Fridays/Mondays.
