We have had requests from our chronically ill community to start an online craft group, so that people can connect quietly online with others interested in craft. It is very isolating living with ME/CFS, as many of our people are house or bed bound.
Would you be interested in hosting a weekly craft group for us on zoom?
People would most likely work on their own projects, and would meet online to chat or sit together.
Did you know?
People with ME/CFS, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis /Chronic Fatigue Syndrome have a reduced level of functionality that means they cannot complete normal activities of daily living. An additional burden is that doing too much physically or mentally can trigger Post-Exertional Malaise – a worsening of symptoms that can last for days or more.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
One to two hours per week to host a zoom catchup.
Getting started:
The first step is to express your interest by filling out the form below.
We will then put you in touch directly with the organisation for more information on the role and how to proceed.
