SeniorNet New Brighton supports around 70 seniors to get to know and master their electronic devices. We provide a one-to-one peer support service that enables our seniors to stay connected while confidently making the best use they can of their technology.
The successful volunteer/volunteers will be:
Previous experience in tutoring or teaching adults an advantage but not necessary
We work to a roster with the centre open 4 mornings a week, Monday to Thursday, from 10.00 am - 12.00 noon. Volunteers generally complete one session a week, on a day to suit, but are very welcome to help out on more days if suitable.
