Board meeting of 1 - 2 hours each month. Currently held on a Tuesday evening at 6pm.
Reading of board papers and any emails sent out to the board during the month - varies depending on what the board needs to do.
Subcommittee work - this varies with the subcommittee and may just involve reading a report from the manager and feeding back to the manager about it or it may be guiding the manager through the process of dealing with staffing issues.
