At Dementia Canterbury our aim is to support people to continue to lead fulfilling lives after a dementia diagnosis, to raise community awareness and break down barriers associated with all dementias, and to work towards a dementia-friendly and responsive community.
The annual appeal provides much needed funds to keep our services running. Most of the collecting takes place in malls or supermarkets throughout Christchurch and Canterbury. Collectors are needed on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 November for 1 - 2 hours between 9am and 6pm at New World Rolleston. Let us know your preferred day and time, find a friend or family member to collect with, and help us help people to live well with Dementia.
