Dementia Canterbury is looking for someone to help make our Groups and Activities feel like home for our Clients.
Companion to a Person with Dementia
Companion Volunteers visit people with dementia who are living at home, and provide social support. This supports the person to have a better quality of life, and reduces social isolation.
Driver Extraordinaire
Dementia Canterbury runs Activity Groups in Hokitika and needs Drivers who are able to transport Clients to and from those groups.
